4. Support with assessing financial documents, such as bank statements and proof of income, required for UK visa applications.
5. Booking of biometrics appointment.
6. Review of documents to ensure authenticity and compliance with UK visa requirements
7. Thorough review of the application to ensure accuracy and completeness
8. Follow-up with visa application until the passport is returned.
9. Assistance with travel arrangements, including flight bookings and accommodation while in the UK.

Welcome to Studyexpress Europe. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Studyexpress Europe (the “Company”) and outline our responsibilities, limitations, and your obligations. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services:
Studyexpress Europe provides visa assistance, accommodation booking, event registration support, curated tours, and travel logistics for Clients attending conferences, expos, executive programs, and tours in the UK and select European countries. We act as a facilitator and coordinator, not as the direct provider of events, visas, or accommodation unless explicitly stated.

2. Events and Third-Party Providers

No Control Over Events: Most conferences, expos, and executive programs are organized by third parties beyond our control. We are not responsible for event cancellations, rescheduling, content changes, or any disruptions caused by organizers, venues, or external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, or force majeure).

Third-Party Services: Accommodation, transport, and tour services are provided by independent suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport companies). We strive to select reliable partners but are not liable for their service quality, availability, or failures beyond our reasonable control.

3. Visa Assistance

Support, Not Guarantee: We provide guidance, document preparation, and application support for UK Standard Visitor Visas, Schengen visas, or other required travel authorizations. However, visa decisions are made solely by government authorities (e.g., UK Home Office, EU consulates). We do not guarantee visa approval.

Client Responsibility: You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information (e.g., passport details, financial proof) as requested. Delays, errors, or omissions in your documentation may result in visa refusal or processing setbacks, for which we are not liable.

Refusal Policy: In the event of visa refusal, we will offer reasonable assistance (e.g., advice on reapplication) but are not obligated to refund service fees unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Refunds, if applicable, are limited to the visa support portion of your payment and subject to Section 7.

4. Accommodation and Logistics

Bookings: We secure accommodation and transport based on availability and your preferences. Changes by providers (e.g., overbooking, cancellations) may occur, and we will work to find alternatives but are not liable for additional costs unless caused by our negligence.

Deposits: Some bookings require non-refundable deposits, which will be communicated upfront. You are responsible for these costs even if you cancel or fail to attend.

5. Payment Terms

Fees: Service fees are quoted upfront and payable as agreed (e.g., full payment or installments). Additional costs (e.g., visa application fees, hotel taxes) are your responsibility unless bundled in our package.

Late Payment: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or cancellation without refund.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

By Client: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, depend on the service:

Visa support: Partial refund (50%) if canceled before application submission; no refund post-submission.

Accommodation/logistics: Subject to third-party policies (e.g., hotel cancellation terms).

Event registration/tours: Non-refundable once confirmed, unless we secure a refund from the provider.

By Studyexpress: We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier failure, insufficient bookings for group tours). In such cases, we will offer alternatives or a full refund of payments made to us, excluding third-party fees.

Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by its organizers, we will assist with rebooking or refunds for related services (e.g., accommodation) but are not liable for event-related losses.

7. Liability

Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services directly provided by Studyexpress Europe. We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., missed opportunities, travel costs) due to visa refusals, event changes, or third-party actions.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

8. Client Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and documentation promptly.

Comply with visa, event, and travel regulations.

Adhere to third-party terms (e.g., hotel check-in rules, event codes of conduct).

Failure to meet these obligations may result in service termination without refund.

9. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data (e.g., passport details, contact info) to deliver our services, in line with UK and EU data protection laws. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary (e.g., visa authorities, hotels) or with your consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in UK courts.
