Meet Our Faculty Member
Collins Cobblah PHD(c), Nobel International Business School (NiBS) Ghana.
Collins Cobblah is a business management professional with research and consultancy interests in areas such as business innovation, new product design and development, marketing and strategy, entrepreneurship, and SME sustainability. He possesses well-honed expertise in working with global teams across diverse cultures from both Europe and Africa. Collins studied Human Resource Management (BSc.) at the University of Education Winneba and Operations and Supply Chain Management (MBA) at Cardiff University, UK, where he graduated with merits. He received the Sir Julian Hodge Best Student in Operations Management and Logistics Pathway for the 2014–2015-year group.
Collins is currently a Ph.D. candidate, specializing in the area of strategy and innovation at the Nobel International Business School (NiBS), Ghana. Specifically, Collins is researching “the configural effect of market knowledge dimensions on product innovation performance”.
With regards to his professional experience, Collins went on to work as a Research Associate at the National Health Service (NHS) Shared Services, Wales-UK after his master’s degree. He was tasked with the responsibility of investigating the migration patterns of healthcare graduates from Wales upon graduation. He was subsequently recruited by the Nobel International Business School (NiBS) as a Research Fellow and is currently the Senior Research Fellow and Head of the Research Unit for the past 7 years.
Over the years, Collins has also done consultancy work for several local SMEs, notably among them include Consumer Insight Consult Ltd., KF94 limited, Consumer Insight Consult-Ghana, Sametro Company Limited – Ghana and Guinea Bissau and BernHoffman Care Foundation.
He is knowledgeable and experienced in working in various business administration fields, including human resource management, general administration, operations and supply chain management, market research and business development, and other research-related fields.
